International Rhino Foundation

The International Rhino Foundation (IRF) is a nonprofit organization leveraging grants and donations to fight against the destruction and poaching of rhinos across Africa.  There is a desperate need to keep these magnificent creatures from becoming extinct.

The IRF has invested in 10 different countries across Africa strategically working on scientific research, habitat conservation, breeding initiatives, community environmental education, and anti-poaching programs.

The International Rhino Foundation was launched in the early 1990s to specifically address the poaching and destruction of rhinos that were occuring in Zimbabwe.  The mission is to ensure the survival of rhinos through strategic partnerships, targeted protection, and scientifically sound interventions.
